Radiate Festival is a community-led event in South London, celebrating Windrush Caribbean migration and Black-British culture. Starting in 2018, the festival has been held in venues like Crystal Palace Park and Burgess Park. Organised by a grassroots team and self-funded, it highlights the cultural contributions of the Windrush generation.
